Happy Saturday all! On this hundred degree July afternoon there is nothing better than to enjoy a homemade fresh fruit popsicle. And they are so pretty to look at too!

For these beauties, all you need it a popsicle mold, assorted fruit and a light colored juice.

I had some watermelon, strawberries, kiwis and apricots to use for these popsicles. For the juice, I found white grape with peach and it was perfect.

Dice up your fruit. Smaller bits make it easier to eat when frozen, but larger pieces make for a better look.

Freeze for a few hours and enjoy. So much healthier than ice cream or sugar filled popsicles from the store, and I really love fresh fruit
